Philip Steyn
A former professional athlete with deep roots in grassroots sport, Philip brings a rare blend of sporting insight and business acumen to SportCentrAll®. With multiple degrees in accounting and business, and experience as a coach, team manager, and parent, he understands the sporting landscape from every angle. His vision is to build a platform that empowers players, coaches, and sporting organisations by solving today’s challenges and anticipating tomorrow’s needs.

Constant Nel
Constant is the technical architect behind SportCentrAll®, leading the in-house development team with precision and innovation. With a background in software engineering, he transforms vision into high-performance, future-proof solutions. His leadership ensures the platform delivers a seamless user experience while staying ahead of evolving technological trends.

Lindi brings a unique blend of experience as both a former netball player and team physiotherapist, offering deep insight into high-performance environments. With over a decade as a Sport & Health Coordinator and now Director at Performance Catalyst, she helps teams align, communicate, and perform at their best. Her mission: empower individuals to unlock their strengths and elevate the collective.

An Australian Olympian turned finance leader, Jim blends elite athletic discipline with over 13 years of corporate finance expertise. Specialising in strategic planning, budgeting, and business transformation, he has led groundbreaking initiatives in EPM, RPA, and AI-driven finance. Jim’s passion for innovation and proven track record make him a key driver of commercial success and technological advancement.

Pieter van Niekerk
Pieter is a top-tier Chartered Accountant and seasoned dealmaker, having led over 100 M&A transactions and multiple public listings in the US and South Africa. As CFO and founding shareholder of Medinotec Inc., he spearheaded its IPO, and now leads BISON Alternative Assets, a fund spanning tech, finance, and medical sectors. With a background at PwC and Ascendis Medical, Pieter brings sharp financial insight and strategic growth expertise to the team.
